So what's the plan like?

Here is the back of the house today...

... and if you can imagine it... The new entrance to the mudroom is where the current corner garden is. Two new windows in the kitchen downstairs facing the backyard. The back porch becomes part of the kitchen. Upstairs, from left to right are widows in the master bath, master closet, and bedroom. The plan adds about 80 sq ft to the foundation.

This would be the view from our "northern neighbors". The lower window is same current kitchen window, and the one above is in the master bath.

View of plan from the South (the duplex next door). The current bay window is our dining room. The lower floor small window will be in the new mudroom, the upper two windows are in our bedroom.
